  • Establish work schedules and ensure that the sales floor is always fully staffed.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that stock levels are always adequate.
  • Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • English language proficiency.
