Job Title: Staffing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator to join our team at Delta Shutters Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements to ensure seamless operations
  • Prepare and post job notices and advertisements to attract top talent
  • Screen and evaluate applicants to determine the best fit for our team
  • Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment
  • Review candidate inventories to ensure compliance with company policies
  • Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews and notify them of selection results
  • Prepare job offers and advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures
  • Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Permanent position with 35 hours per week
  • Fluency in English
