Digital Transformation Project Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Digital Transformation Project Manager to lead our ERP implementation project. As a key member of our IT Division, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end technology system implementation from beginning to end.
Key Responsibilities- Project Planning and Execution
- Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan, including scope, scale, and key deliverables.
- Ensure integration of activities across cross-functional workstreams to ensure activities are coordinated, aligned, and working in lockstep with project milestones and goals.
- Project Controls and Risk Management
- Establish and manage project controls associated with risks, issues, changes, and decisions.
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
- Vendor Management and Contract Negotiation
- Manage vendors and contracts, and effectively negotiate changes.
- Team Leadership and Development
- Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
- 15 years' direct work experience in a project management lead capacity.
- Strong familiarity with Jira Confluence, MS DevOps, Primavera, Smartsheet, etc.
- Competent and proficient understanding of ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 (FinOps, Sales, Project Ops and Microsoft Azure).
- PMP and/or ITIL Certification(s).
