Job Title: Building Maintenance Worker

We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Worker to join our team at Accusonic Corporation.

Job Summary:

The Building Maintenance Worker will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of our facilities. This includes sweeping, mopping, and waxing floors, as well as operating industrial vacuum cleaners and performing minor repairs to heating, cooling, and electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sweep, mop, and wax floors to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove debris and dirt
  • Perform minor repairs to heating, cooling, and electrical systems
  • Empty trash cans and other waste containers
  • Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings
  • Make adjustments to plumbing and electrical systems
  • Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance
  • Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies
  • Perform other routine maintenance tasks as needed
