Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced administrative assistant to join our team at R&L Truck Repairs Ltd. This role is ideal for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can provide exceptional support to our staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
  • Manage office supplies, maintain inventory, and perform related tasks.
  • Greet visitors, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide general assistance as needed.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents with precision and attention to detail.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
