Maui Jim seeks a skilled Rx Data Entry Clerk to join their team in Sunglasses Data Entry Role. This position is responsible for accurately and efficiently processing prescription certificate orders into the Rx data entry software.

About the Job

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills. The ideal candidate will have experience with data entry, typing speed of 35 wpm or greater, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Job Responsibilities
  • Accurately input all prescription certificate orders into the Rx data entry software, ensuring timely completion and meeting customer service goals.
  • Maintain an average of 6 certificate order entries per hour, adhering to productivity standards.
  • Review all orders for completeness and accuracy, contacting customers as needed to retrieve missing information.
  • Track inbound certificate orders, processing them promptly upon arrival.
  • Process RX credits and collaborate with accounts to review credit guidelines.
  • Return ineligible items to accounts, following established procedures.
  • Provide support in the Data Entry department during absences or coverage needs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with 1-3 years of experience in customer service/data entry or related field.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently.
  • Typing speed of 35 wpm or greater, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Salary Information
