Job Information

As a key member of the Rodan Energy Solutions team, the Project Engineer/Leader will be responsible for planning and executing projects from initiation to completion. This includes assigning tasks, providing guidance and direction, and ensuring the quality of work issued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project team members.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in project management, engineering, or a related field.
