Key Responsibilities:- Stockroom Management: Maintain a clean and organized stockroom, ensuring that all products are properly stored and easily accessible.
- Inventory Control: Process incoming stock, count and weigh items, and record inventory levels using computerized systems.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, directing customers to the location of articles sought and answering questions about products.
- Task Management: Unpack products, stock shelves and display areas, and maintain a fast-paced environment.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: Experience an asset, but not required.
- Work Setting: Supermarket/grocery store environment.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and ability to lift and move products.
