This role will lead our retail banking branch, guiding employees to deliver exceptional service to customers and prospects. You will understand their needs to provide sales and service in their best interests, advising on products and strategies that meet their financial objectives. Your expertise will identify referrals to other business groups and support sales and customer service activities to meet strategic customer experience and profitability goals.

  • Develop and execute a branch business plan to maximize business growth and wallet share and achieve customer retention and acquisition objectives.
  • Probes to understand customer personal banking and credit card needs, integrating marketing promotions and programs into customer conversations to provide strategic advice.
  • Conducts cold calls to prospective customers to develop new customer relationships.
  • Maintain a network in the community to enhance visibility and build a strong referral source for new potential business.
  • Support community involvement and participate in community activities.
  • Mainly focused on business within BMO; may have broader enterprise-wide focus.
