We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide exceptional nursing care to residents at our state-of-the-art long-term care facility, Sun Rivers Seniors Community.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Monitor residents' health status and report any changes to the nursing team.
  • Educate residents and their families on health management and wellness.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care.

Qualifications:

  • Valid LPN license in British Columbia (BCCN&M Registration).
  • Current CPR / First Aid Certification.
  • Previous experience in long-term care or a related field is preferred.
