Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Soul Restaurants Canada Inc.

Job Summary:

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that high-quality food and exceptional customer service are delivered to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant environment.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Estimate and manage food and supply inventory to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service, addressing any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Permanent employment with a competitive salary and benefits package.
  • English language proficiency as the primary language of communication.
  • 35-40 hours per week of work, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
