We are seeking a skilled Construction Painter to join our team at Leberty Stone Construction Ltd.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, cleaning, and painting surfaces to a high standard. This will involve repairing cracks and holes, mixing paint to the desired color and texture, and advising clients on color choices and wall coverings.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning and sanding
- Repair cracks and holes in surfaces
- Mix paint to the desired color and texture
- Advise clients on color choices and wall coverings
- Erect scaffolding and swing stages as required
- Apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials to interior and exterior surfaces
- 2 years of experience in a related field
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately
- Flexibility and reliability
- Varied work locations, including construction sites and client premises
- Physical demands of the job include bending, crouching, and kneeling
- Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
