About the Role

EnerSys, a global leader in stored energy solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Electrical Test Engineer to support DC Fast Charger activities. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our DC Fast Charger products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute test procedures to validate DC Fast Charger performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Author detailed test reports and documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Work closely with the End of Line Test Manager to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
  • 2+ years of testing experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Detailed report writing and documentation skills.
  • General knowledge of control systems, electrical testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Awareness of project needs and ability to work in a project environment with deadlines.
