  • Processing transactions, managing cash handling, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assisting customers with their banking needs, providing guidance on products and services, and promoting our digital banking options.

Requirements:

  • Proven customer service skills, preferably in a retail or banking environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Strong technical skills, with knowledge of banking systems and software.
