Long Haul Truck Driver

Falcon Motor Xpress Group of Companies Inc. is seeking a skilled Long Haul Truck Driver to join our team. As a Long Haul Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials across the country, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive Safely: Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Load and Unload Goods: Load and unload goods at designated locations, ensuring accurate and efficient handling.
- Inspect Vehicle: Regularly inspect the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition, reporting any issues to the maintenance team.
- Communicate with Dispatch: Receive and relay information to central dispatch, ensuring timely updates on delivery status.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience is an asset.
- Licenses and Certifications: AZ class license and Air Brake (Z) Endorsement.
This is a physically demanding role that requires flexibility, reliability, and a strong team player attitude. You will be required to work extended periods, travel cross-border, and be willing to work overnight.
