We're looking for a talented Business Development Manager to help drive growth and success within our enterprise accounts.
About ICwhatUCICwhatUC is a leading provider of AR video solutions for enterprise customers. We're passionate about delivering innovative technology that meets the needs of our clients.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with our cutting-edge technology and make a real impact on our business.
Your responsibilities will include owning 8 to 12 enterprise accounts, providing training and coaching to clients, and engaging and managing inbound support requests.
You'll also have the opportunity to collaborate with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to drive growth.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience working in a Customer Success role, as well as experience working with enterprise (B2B) customers and a SaaS product.
