Solution Focused Brief Therapy Professional

Homewood Health is seeking registered mental health professionals to provide occasional, contract-based services for our Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) in St. Thomas, Ontario or London, Ontario offices.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver short-term, solutions-oriented counseling to address various concerns such as depression, anxiety, interpersonal skills, workplace challenges, relationship issues, stress management, and addictions.
- Work with adult individuals, couples, families, and children.
- Provide telephonic counseling for clients in crisis.
- Adhere to professional standards and best practices.
- Participate in in-house training and meetings as required.
- Master's Degree in a counseling-related field or Bachelor of Social Work degree with appropriate registration and counseling experience.
- Registration/clinical membership with a regulatory college or body in your province of practice.
- 3 years of experience in counseling, social services, or addiction service settings.
- Experience working in the EFAP field is an asset.
- Professional liability insurance coverage of $2,000,000 or as otherwise determined by Homewood Health.
- Proficiency to provide counseling services in either English or French is required.
- Counseling proficiency in additional languages is a strong asset.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook).
