Job Summary:

Roska DBO Inc. is seeking a skilled Oil Battery Operator to join their team in Grande Prairie, Alberta. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of oil battery facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain oil battery equipment, including pumps, generators, and other machinery
  • Monitor and control oil production, ensuring optimal yields and quality
  • Collaborate with field teams to resolve operational issues and improve processes
  • Participate in regular safety meetings and training sessions to maintain a safe working environment
  • Meet or exceed performance targets, including production rates and safety metrics

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in oil battery and field operations
  • Valid H2S Alive and Standard First Aid certifications
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
  • Strong attention to detail, disciplined work ethic, and ability to take initiative
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
