Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Process Technician to join our team at CNH Industrial. As a key member of our manufacturing operations team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our manufacturing systems.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and guidance to manufacturing teams to ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot process failures to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new manufacturing systems and processes.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of process changes and improvements.
  • Participate in lean manufacturing initiatives to identify and eliminate waste.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure a collaborative and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices.
  • Experience with CAD/CAM programming and machine tools.
