Job Summary:
destinationone Consulting is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders in individuals across the lifespan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and swallowing assessments to identify communication and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve communication skills and swallowing function.
- Provide therapy to enhance speech clarity, language comprehension, and swallowing abilities.
- Educate patients and caregivers on effective communication strategies and techniques.
- Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA or equivalent.
- State licensure as a speech-language pathologist.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
