Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team at JV Convenience Store. As a Bookkeeping Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Tax Compliance: Prepare and submit tax returns, including sales tax and income tax.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work accurately under pressure.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a 30 to 40 hour work week. The work language is English.
