About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pipefitters Foreman/Woman to join our team at ISHWAR PLUMBING & HEATING LTD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare comprehensive production and operational reports to inform business decisions.
  • Staffing and Training
    • Recruit, hire, and manage a team of pipefitters to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of pipefitters.
  • Business Development
    • Prepare and submit bids for new projects and contracts.
  • Operations Management
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pipefitting team, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
    • Estimate costs and materials required for projects.
    • Operate computer-aided design (CADD) and other software systems to design and plan pipefitting projects.
    • Use computer numerical control (CNC) machines to fabricate pipefitting components.
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure that all pipefitters adhere to health and safety regulations and protocols.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Co-ordinate and schedule activities to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency.
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other teams.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • At least 3 years of experience in pipefitting, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Language
    • Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours
    • 40 hours per week.
