Job Summary

The Security Officer will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of guests and employees at the Bisha Hotel & Residences. This includes patrolling the hotel facility, monitoring CCTV cameras, and responding to emergency situations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Patrol the hotel facility to ensure the safety and security of guests and employees
  • Monitor CCTV cameras and respond to emergency situations
  • Report suspicious or unsafe activities to Security management
  • Control access to employee entrances and maintain a visitor sign-in/out log
  • Inspect packages entering and exiting the facility and deny access to unauthorized materials
  • Prepare maintenance requests for safety-related maintenance requirements
  • Monitor radio communications and Fire Control Computers
  • Document security-related issues and assistance provided in Security reports
  • Log, store, and return lost and found items
  • Enforce hotel rules and regulations
  • Monitor and ensure compliance to hotel key control policies
  • Interact with guests in a courteous and professional manner
  • Respond to guest and employee incidents and gather information
  • Complete daily reports in accordance with the Safety Security Manual

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and guest service skills
  • Minimum two years previous Security department experience preferred at a similar quality property
  • CPR certified
  • Knowledge of hotel operations
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
