Job Overview:
CIRCLE K STORE 878023 is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Team Leader to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, hiring and training or arranging for training of staff, ordering merchandise, establishing work schedules, selling merchandise, preparing reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters, resolving issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages, organizing and maintaining inventory, managing cash, overseeing payroll administration, and conducting performance reviews.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team, etc.)
- Assign sales workers to duties
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
- Order merchandise
- Establish work schedules
- Sell merchandise
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Manage cash
- Oversee payroll administration
- Conduct performance reviews

Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have at least 1-7 months of experience in a retail environment, with strong leadership and communication skills. They should also have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additionally, they should have knowledge of cash handling procedures, inventory management, and payroll administration.
