Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of housekeeping staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide exceptional service.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Assist with Cleaning Duties: Provide support to housekeeping staff as needed, ensuring that all areas of the hotel are clean and tidy.
  • Coordinate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments, such as front desk and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest service.
