Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Staff or Principal Machine Learning Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of our generative AI products.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and a strong background in machine learning algorithms.

Responsibilities
  • Explore and experiment with cutting-edge ML techniques for applied NLP
  • Develop and test production-grade scalable generative machine learning models
  • Collaborate with our team to integrate ML models into our AI engine
Requirements
  • BA/BS degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar technical field
  • 6+ years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages
  • 4+ years of experience with applying machine learning algorithms in NLP domains
  • 1+ years of experience training LLMs (6B parameters and larger)
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of CAD $200,000 - $300,000, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
