Job Title: Construction Laborer

We are seeking a reliable and physically fit Construction Laborer to join our team at Maxworth Homes Ltd.

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in construction. As a Construction Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting tradespeople with various tasks on site, ensuring that projects are completed safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials as required
  • Clean and organize the work area, including removing rubble and debris
  • Tend to equipment used in construction, such as machinery and tools
  • Perform other duties as assigned by site supervisors
What You'll Need:

To succeed in this role, you will require strong physical stamina, good communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Requirements:

  • Flexibility and reliability
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Will train on-the-job
Working Conditions:

This role involves working in a variety of locations, including construction sites, and may require overtime during peak periods.

Perks:
