Hallmark Canada seeks a reliable and organized Merchandise Maintenance Associate to assist with maintaining the appearance and functionality of our departments within retail accounts. As a key member of our field merchandising team, you will be responsible for ensuring that products are ordered, received, and displayed in accordance with our established schedule and merchandising plan.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform merchandising tasks and manage inventory levels in assigned retail accounts to meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Adapt to changing budgets and priorities, completing scheduled service visits in a timely manner while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Built strong relationships with account managers and territory representatives to facilitate effective communication and coordination of service calls.
  • Offer support during peak periods, holiday seasons, and when covering vacant accounts or assisting with store revisions and installations.

To excel in this position, you will require:

  • A high school diploma.
  • Previous experience in a retail setting is beneficial.
  • The ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Strong knowledge of smartphone technology and effective email management skills.
