Job Summary

Elite Appliance Parts & Service is seeking a skilled Household Appliance Installer to join our team. As an Appliance Installation Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient installation of household appliances.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Service
    • Install and maintain household appliances, including refrigerators, washing machines, and dryers.
    • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on appliances to ensure optimal performance.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their appliance needs and preferences.
  • Logistics and Inventory
    • Manage inventory of appliances and parts, ensuring that stock levels are adequate to meet customer demand.
    • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of appliances and parts.
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure a safe working environment by following all health and safety protocols and procedures.
    • Report any safety concerns or incidents to management.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in appliance installation and service.
  • Skills
    • Proficiency in Mandarin language.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Physical stamina to lift and move heavy appliances and equipment.
Work Environment

As an Appliance Installation Technician with Elite Appliance Parts & Service, you will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will be required to work independently and as part of a team to ensure the successful installation and maintenance of household appliances.
