About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at Fastenal Canada. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and shipment of products.

Key Responsibilities
  • General Office Duties: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, store, and ship products in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Transportation and Delivery: Safely transport and deliver products to customers and within our facilities.
  • Security and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
  • Transportation and Travel: Possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, lifting up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and standing for extended periods.
  • Personal Suitability: Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service and teamwork.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is an asset.
