At THREE R INVESTMENTS LTD, we are seeking a skilled Water System Specialist to join our team. This is a permanent position with 40 hours of work per week in English.

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is around $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and location.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced plumber to lead our water system projects. As a Water System Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining plumbing systems for residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems, water supply networks, and waste and drainage systems.
  • Prepare quotations and tenders for clients, ensuring that all necessary details are included.
  • Instruct apprentices in plumbing techniques and safety protocols.
  • Locate and mark positions for pipe connections, passage holes, and fixtures in walls and floors.
  • Cut openings in walls and floors to accommodate pipes and pipe fittings.
  • Join pipes using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, or soldering, brazing, and welding equipment.
  • Schedule personnel, tools, and equipment for efficient project execution.
  • Test pipes for leaks using air and water pressure gauges.
  • Determine piping system requirements and pipe sizing based on client needs.
  • Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipes to required shape and size.

Requirements

  • Plumber Trade Certification and/or Plumber Red Seal Certificate.
  • 1-2 years of experience in plumbing, preferably leading a team.
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations.
