**Key Responsibilities**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Solutions Specialist to join our team at Institut Rosell-Lallemand Inc. in Canada. As a key member of our North American Commercial function, you will be responsible for providing technical support and training to our sales team, distribution partners, and growers.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in agricultural science and experience in providing technical support and training to customers. You will work closely with our technical sales, marketing, product management, and other internal cross-functional groups, as well as with growers, crop advisors, distribution partners, key influencers, government, university, and research institutes, grower organizations, and cooperatives.
- Providing technical support and training to our sales team, distribution partners, and growers
- Advising on the technical aspects of our products and their effective use
- Coordinating and executing structured trials for regulatory requirements, marketing, and major growers (implementation)
- Developing and maintaining professional networks and relationships with key influencers that project a trusted and respected technical image
- Providing technical review and editing support for marketing collateral
- Managing trial and commercial-support travel budgets in alignment with Commercial NA priorities and objectives
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of current production practices, issues, and constraints in agriculture. You will also have excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to execute and help develop protocols/processes. Experience in writing and editing technical reports is also an asset.
