Job Description
The Opportunity:
We are seeking an Intermediate or Senior Environmental or Civil Professional to join our Aggregates Group at WSP. Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a variety of aggregate operations in Alberta, with a focus on sand and gravel. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective aggregate production. * Develop and implement strategies to improve aggregate quality and reduce costs. * Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members. * Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. * Participate in business development and growth initiatives. * Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Civil Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in aggregate operations or a related field. * Strong technical knowledge of aggregate production and management. * Excellent communication and leadership skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Preferred Location:
Rocky Mountain House, Alberta. Other locations in Alberta will also be considered.
