Job Title: Nanny

We are seeking a reliable and caring Nanny to join our team at Manvinder Bhatia. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch care and companionship to our children.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being
  • Discipline children according to the methods requested by parents, promoting positive behavior and development
  • Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development, helping them become confident and capable individuals
  • Keep records of daily activities and health information regarding children, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation
  • Organize activities such as games and outings for children, promoting their cognitive and social growth
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, considering dietary needs and preferences
  • Prepare infants and children for rest periods, ensuring a smooth transition to sleep
  • Supervise and care for children, providing a safe and nurturing environment
  • Take children to and from school and to appointments, ensuring timely and efficient transportation
  • Tend to the emotional well-being of children, providing comfort and support when needed
Requirements:
  • Efficient interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication with children and parents
  • Flexibility, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities
  • Judgement, making informed decisions to ensure the well-being and safety of children
  • Organized, managing daily tasks and responsibilities with ease
Experience:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in childcare or a related field
  • Permanent employment, offering stability and security
  • 40 hours per week, ensuring a healthy work-life balance
