Roc's Grill is seeking a seasoned Food Service Manager to join our team.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to oversee the day-to-day operations of our kitchen. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in food service management, with a proven track record of ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and maintaining high standards of quality control.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate activities of kitchen staff, providing guidance on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Scheduling: Establish work schedules to meet business needs and ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, maintaining accurate records of stock levels.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food meets quality standards, addressing any customer complaints or concerns promptly.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, wastage, and other relevant metrics.
What We Offer

As a Food Service Manager at Roc's Grill, you can expect a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or related field.
  • A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in food service management.
