Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Fit Technician to join our team. As a Fit Technician, you will be responsible for technical aspects of styles, preparing and organizing fit samples, and communicating all necessary information within established timelines. Your responsibilities will include creating tech packs for overseas development, educating suppliers in understanding required pattern-making and construction requisites, developing and implementing fit and quality standards by product by category, leading fit sessions with live models, identifying and analyzing problems, making sound recommendations, and taking appropriate action.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have a diploma in Fashion Design or a related field of study, at least 5 years of experience as a fit technician/patternmaking/grading, in-depth knowledge of garment construction and fit, in-depth knowledge of lingerie and swimwear construction, in-depth knowledge of different types of fabrics and their properties, bilingualism with strong spoken and written communication skills in English, proficiency in the use of Excel, Outlook, and other MS Office applications, knowledge of Illustrator required, knowledge of Pad system is an asset, great organizational skills and a keen attention to detail, ability to foster teamwork and contribute in a team environment, ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, strong multi-tasking, time-management, and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to prioritize.
