Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lube Technician to join our team at Canadian Tire Kanata (Store 457). As a Lube Technician, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the efficient operation of our Auto Service Centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Interact directly with customers to understand their vehicle maintenance needs and provide professional advice and guidance.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, filter replacements, and minor repairs, in accordance with Canadian Tire's best practices and industry standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Auto Service Advisor, Auto Service Manager, Tower Operator, and fellow associates to promote a customer-first environment and achieve common goals.
  • Health and Safety: Follow store Health and Safety program and observe provincial occupational health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Continuous Learning: Participate in staff development initiatives to stay up-to-date on industry knowledge and best practices.
Requirements and Competencies
  • Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license for the province of employment.
