Key Responsibilities- Provide Thought Leadership: Offer subject matter expertise to business and technology leaders, driving innovation and strategic decision-making.
- Design Architectural Solutions: Develop and maintain technology target state and roadmap for application portfolios in collaboration with business leads, chief architect, and application portfolio owners.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with multiple teams bank-wide on architecture design and follow Bank's Architecture Review Board governance processes.
- Present Solution Design: Effectively communicate solution design to stakeholders, establishing trust relationships and achieving understanding and consensus.
- Maintain System Security and Reliability: Develop architecture designs that prioritize system security and reliability while meeting business needs.
- 10+ Years of IT Experience: Proven track record of building a product and taking it to market, with at least 3 years of experience providing hands-on architectural design for software applications.
- Strong Understanding of Frontend Development: Expertise in microapp design patterns, with a strong understanding of frontend development principles.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Microservices, MERN stack, NodeJS/ExpressJS, and MongoDB, with experience working in Financial Services domain highly desirable.
- Cloud Native Solutions: Experience in designing and developing cloud native solutions in GCP, Azure, AWS platforms.
- End-to-End Solutions: Ability to architect end-to-end solutions involving multiple technology platforms and develop solutions leveraging established architecture/design frameworks.
- Data Management: Practical experience in addressing data management challenges as part of architecture solution development.
- Security Architecture: Experience in security architecture, including authentication, authorization, and auditing.
- Agile and DevOps: Proven experience in Agile, DevOps, and iterative software development.
- Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to build and foster relationships with business partners, project stakeholders, and external vendors.
