Main Responsibilities
  • Establish strong relationships with service users, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.

  • Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and feeding, with a focus on empowering service users to perform these tasks independently.
  • Record and document accurate information regarding service user progress, support plans, and risk assessments.
Requirements

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional with:

  • GCSEs in Maths and English or equivalent qualifications.
  • NVQ level 3 or equivalent in Adult Care or a related field.
  • A willingness to work towards Trusted Assessor Accreditation.
What We Offer

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £26,500 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits, including flexible working arrangements, opportunities for professional development, and a supportive work environment.
