Warehouse Technician Role

Groupe Robert is seeking a skilled Warehouse Technician to join its team at the Varennes terminal.

The successful candidate will work a Monday to Friday schedule, from 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and assist drivers in a professional manner;
  • Print and reissue documents to drivers as needed;
  • Verify driver documentation and ensure accuracy;
  • Maintain the C3 system up to date and accurate;
  • Ensure trailers are properly assigned to the correct doors;
  • Coordinate driver appointments and validate trailer inventory;
  • Monitor and maintain up-to-date yard inventory levels;
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries via phone and email;
  • Perform other related tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in logistics or a related field;
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook;
  • Fluency in French (written and spoken) and good knowledge of English (written and spoken);
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently;
  • Autonomous and resourceful with a strong attention to detail.
