Assistant Store Manager

The Assistant Manager is a key role that combines business acumen, operational expertise, and people management skills to drive sales results and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This position is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, including opening and closing routines, and driving efficiency in all store processes. Assistant managers leverage their creative expertise through floorset updates, styling recommendations, and product knowledge to create an engaging and inclusive store environment. They are also talent leaders, responsible for recruiting, training, and developing team members to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Drive sales results through strategic planning and execution
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing routines
- Develop and implement floorset updates and styling recommendations
- Provide exceptional customer service and create an inclusive store environment
- Recruit, train, and develop team members to achieve business objectives
- Manage store inventory and maintain a high level of visual merchandising
- Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business goals
- Bachelor's degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
