Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Towing Operator to join our team at Johnston's Towing / Island Towing. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of our organization.

About the Job

As a Towing Operator, you will be responsible for safely operating towing vehicles to transport goods and materials. Your primary duties will include addressing customers' complaints or concerns, performing emergency roadside repairs, and receiving and relaying information to central dispatch.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have a valid Driver's License (Class 3 or D) and Air Brakes Endorsement. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer opportunities for career growth and development, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.

This is a full-time permanent position with a 40-hour workweek. The ideal candidate will have 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field and a secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent.
