Job Summary

Fares & Co Development Inc. is seeking a skilled Concrete Form Builders Foreman/Woman to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of concrete forms, ensuring that they are built to specifications and meet the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Inspect and test concrete forms to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
  • Develop and implement methods to improve productivity and efficiency on construction sites.
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure that construction projects are completed in accordance with plans and specifications.
  • Ensure that all construction activities are carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in construction, preferably in concrete form building.
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The work environment is outdoors, noisy, and requires the ability to work at heights. The successful candidate will be required to travel to various construction sites throughout the region.
