About the Role:
Cyient Inc. is seeking a skilled Process Planner to join our Mechanical and Industrial Engineering team in Mirabel. The ideal candidate will have experience in validating tooling and test equipment for assembling and testing modules and engines conforming to Pratt & Whitney Canada quality and engineering standards.
This is an onsite position in Mirabel, and all candidates must be able to report to the location daily.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and validate assembly and test instructions using eCATES.
- Define and validate the tooling and test equipment necessary for assembling and testing modules and engines.
- Maintain the Engine Center General Instructions (ECGI).
- Support CVIS and data plate machine programming.
- Support the implementation and programming of TMS.
- Participate in PFMEAS and RPN determination.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in assembling and testing modules and engines.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline or Mechanical Engineering Technician.
- Fluent French language skills.
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screens.
- Canadian Permanent Resident/Citizen required for this role.
