Automotive Testing Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Shop Supervisor to join our team at Jiffylube. As a key member of our automotive testing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our testing facilities. Your primary focus will be on managing the day-to-day activities of our testing team, including coordinating tasks, providing guidance and support, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the activities of the testing team, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge.
- Maintain a safe and efficient work environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that testing activities are aligned with business objectives.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
