Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mixologist to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by preparing and serving beverages in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages according to company recipes and standards.
• Manage the bar area, including setting up and maintaining cleanliness and condition of the bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools.
• Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks and stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies.
• Transport supplies to the bar set-up area and wash soiled glassware.
• Remove soiled wares from the bar top and tables and place them in designated areas.
• Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs to the team.
• Process all payment methods and count bank at the end of the shift.
• Secure liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas.
• Complete closing duties and follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No license or certification required.
