We are seeking a skilled Viticulture Specialist to join our team at FRIND WINERY LTD. As a key member of our agricultural team, you will be responsible for planning and implementing crop growth and development strategies, maintaining and managing vine growth, and overseeing the overall operation of our farm.

• Plan and implement crop growth and development strategies to optimize yields and quality.
• Maintain and manage vine growth, including pruning, training, and harvesting.
• Oversee the overall operation of the farm, including purchasing supplies, managing staff, and maintaining financial and production records.
• Develop and implement marketing programs to promote our wines and increase sales.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including health and safety standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Viticulture and Enology or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in viticulture or a related field.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
