About the Role:
HIGHLAND CHEVROLET BUICK GMC C is seeking a skilled Highway Collision Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our repair shop, you will be responsible for restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition.

Key Responsibilities:
- Estimate repair cost based on damage examination report using your analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Plan and execute repair work efficiently, ensuring high-quality results and meeting deadlines.
- Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a professional demeanor and communicating effectively with clients.
- Test drive vehicles post-repair to ensure proper handling and safety.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to industry standards and health regulations.
- Repair or replace front-end components, body parts, doors, frames, and underbody components, as well as interior components and glasswork.
- Apply primers and repaint surfaces to achieve a flawless finish.
- Straighten bent frames using specialized equipment and techniques.

Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in auto body repair, with a strong understanding of collision repair principles and techniques.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- A valid trade certificate or diploma is preferred, but not mandatory.

Compensation Package:
The estimated annual salary for this position is $55,000-$65,000, commensurate with experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
