  1. Manage T&O invoices, perform reconciliation tasks, and transact in our system.
  2. Review vendor information, billing accounts, tax amounts, cost centers, service names, and costs to verify compliance with expected billing details.
  3. Process invoices for payment and conduct other related administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  1. MS Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams).
  2. A high level of attention to detail.
  3. A commitment to learning and growth, especially for recent graduates.
  4. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  5. Strong analytical, financial, and judgmental skills.
  6. Able to work effectively in complex environments across multiple organizational levels.
  7. Ability to handle large volumes of invoices under tight deadlines.

Bonus Skills:

  1. Familiarity with SmartProcure or similar systems.
  2. Experience with MDM (Market Data Manager) or comparable tools.
  3. Prior experience in banking or finance.
