Xpera is a leading provider of claims services, and we are currently seeking an experienced Claims Adjuster to join our team in Saskatoon.
Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Claims Adjuster to work on a full-time basis, handling multiline property claims. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in claims adjusting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Adjust claims in a timely and accurate manner
- Market and follow up on business development opportunities
- Work closely with senior executives and business development staff to drive claims load
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve business objectives
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience in claims adjusting
- University degree or post-secondary education related to insurance
- Adjuster's license or currently pursuing CIP designation
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment
